Seaven operates within a comprehensive global regulatory network of compliance requirements. We seek to meet and exceed compliance with all applicable rules and regulations governing the shipping industry. The Green Award that Seaven received on the 4th of July 2019 confirms the fact that Seaven is a socially responsible company and that our people go above and beyond industry standards in terms of safety, quality and environmental performance.
Environmental Policies
The environmental policies of Seaven engage all marine and shore personnel in taking action. We share a common vision for sustainable development, applied in our everyday activities. Paper and battery recycling is an intensified practice in our offices. Responsible electricity and water consumption along with air conditioning unit energy efficiency are everyday practices for Seaven personnel while sustainability is incorporated in our employee Familiarization and Training plan.
Company Quality Management Systems
In order to meet industry’s expectations, we maintain a robust Safety, Security, Quality and Environmental Management system under the standards and certification of ISM and ISPS Codes, by the Classification Societies of Bureau Veritas for Hellenic Flag vessels and RINA for Panama Flag Vessels, and under the standards and certification of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 26000, ISO/ IEC 27001 and ISO 45001.
